We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hotel General Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations for our hotel.

As the Hotel Manager, your goal is to effectively direct the daily operations of the hotel in a manner that will achieve our primary objective of creating a wonderful customer experience, driving sales, and achieving profit for the Hotel.

CANDIDATE PREREQUISTES:

• Overseeing HR matters, including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, coaching/counseling, and performance management.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Creating and implementing strategies for business growth.
• Establishing priorities and lead key operational initiatives such as the sales plan and budget development and execution of physical property improvement projects.
• Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients.
• Ability to lead, motivate & direct employees in a positive manner.
• Identifies and seeks out potential business in local market. Maintains relationships with local companies and key people to increase hotel's visibility within the local market.
• Inspects and documents repairs and cleanliness of property to ensure optimum upkeep and repair, room cleanliness and overall property appearance.
• Effective time management and delegation skills.
• Establish a positive environment for teamwork, productivity, and improvements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Five years related hospitality management experience.
• Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring.
• Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening.
• Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, proactive and possess excellent verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, customer focused work environment.
• Proficiency in word, spreadsheets, and email.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
